The Tree and Tomorrow Foundation

The Tree and Tomorrow Foundation was founded in 2016 in Warsaw, Poland by James Van Bergh and Agnieszka Van Bergh. The Foundation was established to address the needs of children and youth in crisis by providing funds for various programs delivered by non-governmental organizations and institutions offering multiple modes of therapy, support groups, speciality and therapy camps, couching and more. Since 2019 the Foundation started supporting environmental education in Poland, since then it helped to run thousands of hours of various ecological education programs offered in public schools, parks and community centres. In 2022, recognizing the need to engage in environmental protection activities more broadly, the Tree and Tomorrow Foundation initiated supporting NCC projects protecting natural areas in Ontario and engaging the indigenous communities in conservation.

Protecting Natural Areas and Counteracting Climat Change

Since 2022, we have been supporting the Canadian organization—the Nature Conservancy of Canada—in acquiring, maintaining, and protecting pristine areas that are crucial for preserving the planet’s biodiversity and slowing down global climate change.

Indigenous Engagement Across Ontario

“Indigenous Engagement Across Ontario” is a project aimed at involving Indigenous Peoples of Canada, living on their traditional territories—often adjacent to areas acquired and managed by NCC—in nature conservation activities.

Koeye – Educational Camps for Children and Youth

Since 2023, we have been co-funding the participation of children and youth from the Heiltsuk Indigenous community in British Columbia, Canada, in educational and cultural summer trips organized by Qqs Projects Society.
